VFAST Transactions on Islamic Research
The VFAST Transactions on Islamic Research is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the VFAST Research Platform. Established in 2013, the journal provides an academic forum for research on Islam and the Muslim world, focusing on the intellectual, social, spiritual, and cultural dimensions of Islamic thought and civilization.
Initially published four times a year (January–March, April–June, July–September, and October–December) from 2021, the journal transitioned to two issues per year beginning in 2023 to ensure the publication of rigorously reviewed, high-quality research.
The journal welcomes contributions from scholars across the Islamic world and beyond, encouraging critical engagement with both classical Islamic scholarship and modern academic perspectives.
