The contributions of Non-Muslims in Islam depict the pluralistic country India as a whole. This paper portrays the Islamic inputs of M.N. (Manabendra Nath) Roy, born in Brahmin Family from West Bengal. He was an Indian revolutionary, radical activist, political theorist and was the founder of the Mexican Communist party in India. The most important thing of this paper is that he was merely communist who wrote about the Islam in India. The Roy wrote a book named “Historical Role of Islam”, in which the Roy has divided in seven chapters and in each chapter, he glorifies the significance of the teachings of Muhammadans and how Muhammad constitute the fascinating chapter in the history of mankind. The Authors would discuss the chapters of the book, which depicts the purpose of Islam, Islamic philosophy. He comes to Islam as the most rigorous mono-theistic religion in the history of the world. The purpose of this paper is to show that how the Roy makes the relation with India. Roy discussed in the introductory chapter, “But with us, today in India, particularly with Hindus, a proper understanding of the historical role of Islam and the contribution it has made to human culture has acquired a supreme political importance.” This paper has relevancy in the contemporary era because Roy said that Muhammadans become the integral part of the India Nation. The author would discuss that why Roy said that the expansion of Islam is the most miraculous of all miracles.
