Abstract

The companions of Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) have a major role in legislation. They are the first listener of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him). They know better Islam. And they are the real ambassadors of Islam. The opinion of them will be given weight age in the interpretation of Quran and Hadith. In this paper the scope and the status of the Suhaba’ Saying will be discussed in details.
