Role of Chishtia Order in Projection of Peace and Elimination of Hatred

Abstract

Pakistan is the second state after the sacred state of Madina that came into being on the basis of a specific ideology. That is why all the Muslims living in the Sub continent played their full role in its establishment, and then they continued their efforts for ensuring peace and stability of this state. The special harbingers of peace law always been the renowned Sufi Orders, out of which one Chishtia Order in a topic of this study. The popular Seminaries of Chishti Order is, Muhar Sharif, Tounsa Sharif, Sial Sharif, Golrah Sharif and Bhaira Sharif all contain disciplined programs of moral and spiritual training and also have religions educational institutions, which have produced religious scholars intellectuals and even mats men and political leaders. Khawaja Qamaruddin Siayalvi and peer Muhammad Karam Shah Al Azhari may be taken as a renowned of examples. The graduates of these Chishti seminaries and madrassas can be easily found in the esteemed universities of the country, its leagal and judicial institutions and the bodies authorized for Islamization of domestic laws. The study will specially focus on the following questions:Which and the remained Ieminaries of Chishti order in the country and what are the programmes for moral and spiritual trainings. Which are the prominent figures of these seminaries who played their role in peace and stability of the country. What has been their role in political and leagal fields.
