Publication Fee

1. Fee Amount:
The publication fee for accepted manuscripts is Rs. 25,000 (approx. USD 90). This fee covers editorial processing, peer review management, online publication, and journal infrastructure.

2. Timing of Payment:
Fees are payable only after formal acceptance of the manuscript. No fees are collected for manuscripts rejected during peer review.

3. Refunds and Waivers:

  • Fees are non-refundable once the paper is formally published.

  • Authors facing financial constraints may apply for a partial or full waiver. Waiver decisions are made by the editorial office and do not influence editorial or peer-review decisions.

4. Sources of Funding:

  • Author fees: support journal operations and quality publication.

  • HEC grants: provide support for maintaining academic standards and infrastructure.
