VTM provides immediate open access to all published articles. This means that all content is freely available to readers without subscription or paywall.

Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, or use the full texts of articles for any lawful purpose, provided proper attribution is given to the original authors and the journal.
